WHO WE ARE

Madrion Consulting is an organisation and management consulting firm located in Luxembourg, founded by her partner Charlotte Etévé who practices as an independent consultant.

She provides tailor-made advice for a national and international clientele, made up of financial services and insurance professionals, and supports major transformation projects.

Founder and Partner

As a project Director with 16 years of experience in project management for financial services, including more than 10 years in Luxembourg, I have acquired valuable experience forged in consulting firms and renowned banking players.

Before founding Madrion Consulting, I worked for diverse clients of banking and financial institutions (universal banks, private banking pure players, securities services players, etc.), whom I supported in the delivery of their transformation projects.    

Over the course of my career, I have refined my expertise in the field of private banking, on commercial strategy, regulatory and digital / IT subjects, within the Luxembourg market.

In an increasingly complex environment, especially with cross-border and regulatory issues even more present, my transversal skills allow me to have a global and pragmatic approach to the problems encountered by my clients.   

I graduated from EDHEC Business School – Programme Grandes Ecoles 2002-2006 (Lille, France). I am also Prince 2 certified since 2012.
